Very friendly staff, MARVELLOUS breakfast with variety of food. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the comfortable bed. Magnificent and beautiful location down to the falls, good for party in the city.

every time in ouzoud, i choose this place. the hotel is nicely decorated, it has fabulous rooms and affable employees. the venue offers stunning and marvellous location within short walking distance to ouzoud downtown. the restaurant serves delicious moroccan food.

This hotel offers great value for money with its stunning views of the waterfall. The rooms with the view on the waterfalls are a highlight, especially with the lovely balconies. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities are well taken care of. The breakfast could be more varied, but overall it's a fantastic place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, as I could enjoy a beautiful view of the waterfalls from my room. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the two swimming pools, one of which had a stunning panoramic view. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the garden area, which was well-maintained.

Everything was alright.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel located near a beautiful waterfall. The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings. The staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to help. We loved waking up to delicious breakfast and the fact that the rooms were quiet, allowing us to relax.

The amenities were lacking. The pool was not heated, which made it difficult to enjoy in colder weather.

The spa facilities were not available during our stay, and this was not communicated clearly before our arrival. the lack of air conditioning in our room made for uncomfortable nights, especially during the warmer weather.

I was amazed by the incredible suite at Borj Des Cascades & Spa. The opulent furnishings and breathtaking views of the falls made for a truly unforgettable experience. The bathroom was fabulous, with a great selection of toiletries, and I even had my own terrace for a private view. The gardens and pool areas were beautifully maintained, and the rooftop infinity pool was especially stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and picturesque stay.

The staff were incredible, especially Emma, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The service was top-notch, and Emma even helped us arrange a local guide without overpaying. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The location is phenomenal with cascading waterfalls visible right from our room. The staff were incredibly attentive and fulfilled our luxurious needs without hesitation. We enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The Italian food available was a pleasant surprise from our usual Moroccan dishes and we appreciated the option of an in-room breakfast.

Although there were very few negatives, we did experience some minor issues with the live entertainment not being available. However, this was compensated by the exclusive amenities provided by the hotel.
